Scope
Project included the rehabilitation of a two level below grade parking garage. Repairs included full depth, partial depth, and overhead repairs to the conventionally reinforced concrete slabs as well as localized partial depth repairs to the concrete foundation walls. Project also included pressure injection of concrete cracks. Project challenges included the removal of abandoned electrical conduit which was embedded in the concrete slab. The deterioration of which contributed to moisture migration and ultimately the deterioration of concrete slabs throughout the garage.
