Powder Mill Village Emergency Wall Repair

Scope

Project included the design of repairs to a foundation wall which was significantly damaged from a below grade water line rupture.

 

Project challenges included an immediate response to evaluate the existing residential structure above, design of emergency shoring, and the immediate design of repairs to enclosure of the active boiler room which serviced the large residential community.
